^{CURRENT SITUATION}

^{On the Port side of things, since Browne and Pennington have both signed up for next week’s play they will have at least 25 points.  The maximum number of points anyone below them can get next week is 4 so the best they could do is tie with Browne and Pennington.  However, Browne and Pennington will have played in more events than anyone that could possibly tie them so they would remain in their positions. (The first tie breaker is the number of events participated in.)   Depending on points earned on August 29th, the two alternate positions are still in question.} 

^{On the Starboard side of things, the top 6 places have locked up spots in the Ludlow Cup.  Depending upon the outcome of the August 29th event, it is possible there could be several shifts in the next 6 places.  Those in places 7 through 18 should consider what events would need to occur in order to remain in or move into the top 12.}
